Background

 Before founding FlexiDev in 2017, Fareita built a 20-year career in sales, spanning industries like media monitoring, utilities, and construction. She specialised in delivering SaaS solutions and fostering enduring customer relationships. FlexiDev supports SMEs and start-ups in the Construction, Utility, and Public Sectors, with a focus on supplier risk management, compliance, and sustainability. Fareita advocates for MMC adoption through her work with BUILDOFFSITE and contributes to industry insights through detailed reports. She collaborates with CSR organisations like Newable to provide procurement training for SMEs and volunteers with Bookmark Reading Charity to enhance literacy in young learners.

(BOPAS).
